Return Policy

Please feel free to return any Beehive Co-op item that you have purchased or received and are not completely satisfied with. Due to the co-operative nature of the online store, returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt of merchandise.

Please follow the directions included with your package. Please call 1-877-474-6022 or e-mail returns@beehiveco-op.com to receive an authorization code before shipping the package back to us. Our “returns form” must be completed and returned with the items. Please insure and track all packages mailed to us. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered or worn. Repack the product in its original packaging materials, unless the package's condition is not suitable for a safe return back to us. You are responsible for items damaged in return transit.

If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, Beehive Co-op will pay the return-shipping costs.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3-5 business days of our receipt of your return merchandise, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the items minus shipping costs. If you choose to exchange the product for another item or for a different size we will pay the shipping costs of the exchanged items. If the items you received were a gift you will receive a store credit for the merchandise.

If your package appears damaged, or once opened, you find damaged products, email us immediately at returns@beehiveco-op.com so we can arrange to have it inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
